Ufford Park also features a superb, state-of-the-art £4m golfing centre extension, with new facilities including a two storey, 32 bay driving range, excellent quality Srixon balls, a sculptured outfield with five target greens, bunkers and a tree-lined fairway experience. There's also a 27 hole putting and chipping green, a large retail pro-shop and the relocated 'Doctorgolf Academy'. Run by Stuart Robertson, this top class tuition centre can offer individual lessons to eight hour intensive courses. The Academy also makes use of the latest teaching aids including digital video capture and playback, to help all levels of golfer improve. |
AccommodationThe modern hotel has 87 en-suite bedrooms, many of which have balconies overlooking the golf course. Ufford Park features a new bar as part of the golf centre redevelopment. This Cheers Style 'Bar 19' overlooks the course - ideal for enjoying a post-round drink. Guests can dine in both style and comfort in the new restaurant. The well equipped leisure club includes a 33 station gym, indoor swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi and solarium as well as a two mile outdoor running track around the golf course.
