Conveniently located just off the A3, within 5 minutes of junction 10 of the M25. Within 30 minutes of central London and 20 minutes of Heathrow.

Golf Courses

Burhill Golf Club provides an excellent venue for a real "golfer's" company golf day with its two fantastic courses.

The Old Course (Burhill)

This magnificent parkland course, designed by Willie Park in 1907 has a great variety of mature trees and a wealth of character. Full fairway, green and tee irrigation ensure a top class course whatever the season. There are a number of interesting features on the course including "Dick Turpin's Cottage" which lies between the 14th and 15th fairways, and "The Kings House" to the right of the 10th, which was presented to King George V in 1935 and was later occupied by Lord Trenchard. The Old Course boasts some of the finest greens in Surrey. With their tricky slopes and undulations, some advice from our regular playing members may be useful - "they all slope towards the River Mole".

The New Course (Burhill)

Designed by Simon Gidman, the New Course is located to the south of the clubhouse on land that was home to the original South Course, (the South Course was given up for arable land during the Second World War). This remarkable championship course measures some 6,940 yards, is built to USGA specifications, has a par of 72 and features two lakes as well as burns running right through the course. The testing par 3, 18th makes a fantastic finishing golf hole that goes over the River Mole to the two-tiered green which is located right outside of the clubhouse.

Practice facilities at Burhill are fantastic, featuring a driving range and a new area featuring three top standard greens for further practice. These facilities together with an excellent team of on-site professionals make Burhill a great top class venue to include tuition.

Accommodation

There is no accommodation onsite. Burhill Golf Club head cheff Andrew Owen was this year awarded Chef of the Year for earning the group's flagship venue in Surrey. Burhill has the reputation of some of the best clubhouse food in Surrey, including an outstanding seafood menu. It offers a truly exclusive corporate epxerience and is renowned for it's excellent Carvery it offers on corporate golf days.
